The one occurrence of undeniable gross kinetics that I was able to do was move a square bottle half an inch across the floor. I have done practice with psi wheels before but this was the only event that couldn't be rationalized away with wind coincidences. I did this while watching ET right after one of the telekinesis scene. It didn't feel like a huge amount of energy was being used but I did feel a rushing sensation of something leaving me. This makes me think that main obstacle to doing this reliably is some sort of internal mental block rather than an innate immutability in physicality.
