Admin statement on what NSFW is or isn't allowed on the site, will be added to rules so new visitors are not confused. So just be careful with depictions of fictional characters who can't feasibly be interpreted as old enough and sex acts. I don't think lewd images of say, Luna or Leni would be deleted. So not too different from /trash/ just slightly more lenient.
