Or do you just wing it
Because for me, if one study that gets peer reviewed and published and turns out to be bullshit, then the risk of any study being bullshit is too high for me to put any faith in the idea. Peer review is THE verification process which is supposed to ensure that the data in a study is trustworthy, if it doesn't work consistently then why trust any of it?
