So anyway, my thought is don't use ZeroNet on bare IP, and don't store its files on your HDD. Then there's very little anyone can do against you, since you won't be in possession of any illegal material.
What I'm going to do is setup Tor on a second Linux computer and set the ZeroNet file directory to a tmpfs (RAM disk) so that it doesn't write anything to the HDD. Then when computer is turned off, nothing that I don't want to save will remain. I guess a live Linux CD would work fine too, but my other computer is an ARM SBC and doesn't have optical disk.
