Just found out that Italian does not come from vulgar latin, and that latin as we know it, is actually just literary latin, which is only from the 13th century i knew that bit but Dante only wrote in Florentine vernacular.
So Italian is actually mutated Florentine, which was written in the Classic latin alphabet.

It's all fucking lies.
