Board owner here.

You may have noticed our new banners, the result of 1000+ hours in photoshop. ITT post your own banners and I will add them to the board. Also if anyone has the old banners from the original 8chan /euzn/ do post them, because I never saved them.

Not sure on the size limits for endchan. Do they need to be 300x100 or could they be larger? What aspect ratio would you prefer?

No limits in size or dimensions.

Ok, I'll make some larger ones later. Is there a preferred shape?

Since you uploaded it has been displaying off-center. Also the contrast still isn't great.
This one should work.

There may be no hard limit, but it looks like we have found the practical limit. I scaled the new one down to make it fit.

>Yeah, there are other limits than pure technical considerations.
From what I can gather by looking at the CSS, the width limit should be 645 pixels. Anything larger than that will be displayed off-center, because it does not fit inside the header.
I would be grateful if the board owner could test this theory by uploading images slightly above and below 645px and tell us what happens.

Much thanks! These are excellent, especially the flag. Combining the swastika and trigrams is a great idea. I'd fight for and die underneath that flag anyday. You have made your race proud.

>You have made your race proud.
Thanks for your support, although I can't really take credit for the flag and swastika, as I didn't design it so much as receive it. Maybe this is too /x/ tier for some people, but I'm pretty sure it was channeled to me.
>Combining the swastika and trigrams is a great idea.
If you point the trigrams on the Taegukgi in the directions they would traditionally face around a taijitu, they already form a Swastika. Pics related. After realizing this, the imagery started flowing.

This is a rough svg for better scaling. I'll try to produce a more precise one in the near future.

I might even recommend using the seal script for the Chinese characters instead of the regular script. Runes were meant to be carved into stones, but the regular Chinese script was meant to be written using a brush. It would be more cohesive to use the seal script, which is also much older than the regular script. Then again it might be useful to have multiple versions as well.

>Then again it might be useful to have multiple versions as well.
Most nations have a few versions of the flag for different occasions, so that would make sense for us too. Also we should have esoteric and exoteric symbolism, for the reasons explained here https://endchan.net/euzn/res/18.html#113.
If you submit your ideas here, I'll do another editing run at the weekend.

Do you know where to get seal script in a bolder font? I can make a bolder version, but having one to copy would save time.

>Do you know where to get seal script in a bolder font?
Not really. I got those from online generators, which generally didn't have the option to make them bold. However I downloaded a few seal script TTF files and put them into a google drive.

I have inspected all these fonts and the one you should probably use is 新唐人简篆体.tff (I also uploaded a copy under xinshurenjianzhuanti.ttf in case your computer complains about the moonrunes). Pic related, its pretty bold and actually supports all of the characters.

Regarding its history, it originates from /r/hapas. I remember the guy who created it said, obviously, that it is a mixture of a European and Asian dragon, except the claw of the Asian dragon are clipped "to represent the emasculation of Asian males," i.e. some self-pity bullshit more than typical of /r/hapas. Honestly it's a pretty bad flag because it portrays the Eurasian as split in half and fractured, rather than as one monolithic and independent whole, which is the message we ought to be spreading.

Unfortunately they don't handle boldness very well. (The lines get so fat they blur into one another.) I'll use this font as the template for my own, though.
