It just feels like the physical body is incredibly limited in comparison with what you can do when it's out of the way. Even physical things, for instance once I was able to very vividly cast a rain spell when I had accidentally projected during half-sleep, afterwards I woke up and 10 seconds later rain starts coming down like a typhoon. If I tried that when I was in my body it would take 3 days at least to manifest.
