The sigil can be seen as representing the areas of the brain from the top. When used on the landscape/floor, up is North. That means it's drawn from the NW to the SE, then from the NW around the SW corner, passing the SE corner and going slightly above the E side.
NW represents the Anima. The connection starts from here and moves to the Animus at SE. Then the long curved line starts from the NW again and connects around the outer edges, but there is no connection between NE and NW, because East represents the mother, while West is the father. NW is the daughter and SE is the son. The connection between the two Norths must not be drawn, these are a "riddle" for your own mind to solve during activation.
You can draw this on paper or large on the ground/floor. Activation can be done using any common method for sigil activation.
Addition: Sun activation
This will create a sun for yourself by destroying your enemies. After activating the sigil, project yourself in the form you prefer, if doing this from home. How you solve this in other settings is up to you. Find a suitable number of NWO leaders of certain significance, I recommend 5 or 7, as the magic circle will have to be drawn to match the number by adding a 5 point pentagram or a 7 point star, best if it's a star drawn as a connected line. Because of this restriction, it will become complicated if you use more of them (but it's up to you) because say an 18 point star drawn in one line using chalk is some work to do. So you need some powerful enemies for the ritual to activate properly, because you will use only a few of them. Sacrifice them in a clockwise motion starting from the NW. (You can simply draw the pentagram over the sigil if this is done in one location, if projected in your magic form it's already connected to the sigil so then you just do the new magic circle as is. Otherwise you can visualise the active sigil form as you do the sacrifice.) Burn them and place your hands with palms together until the sun lights up. End with an MMMMMMM sound chant on the breath out.
