The target will be to remove undesirables from the gene pool, meaning NWO:ers and glowies will be used first. If those are not available she will use degenerates or randomly hostile individuals. After this follows symbolic artifacts and items which can also be burned, such as herbs. Burning meat is generally wasteful so that part has been reduced.
