Seems like the abilities of people can be balanced by creating "job types" so if I want more spiritually attuned societies I just have to figure out what jobs can maintain and develop the spiritual faculties of the population. Because in the modern world spiritual powers are more of a drawback at the start in the hands of the naive and unskilled. Soviets only started to take psychic research seriously when they thought the Americans had it already and felt the need to make one. Before that they removed every religious institution and buried everyone who tried to become the next Rasputin and their psychic candidates were guarded and hidden as much as possible. Utilizing psychics for war creates one of the worst warworlds. It creates too many anomalies while culling those that able to handle it. The opposite of harmony. Not even chaos but terror itself. And once the baseline terror reaches a moderate level sensitive people will get devoured first then the blind and deaf just goes insane in the process. Then you wait till a "messiah" shows up to solve the whole shit because only he can do it and no one will complain what methods he uses at that level.

Yeah you literally make a direct link into the CEO's head "become him" then as you relive his entire life his entire modus operandi you just make a "minor change" that will affect him. With this ofc you connect your own personal hell with his and it is not always advisable if your mind is unable to handle it. Sometimes you just enter someone's mind get rid of their faulty circuitry and "self reinforcing karma" and suddenly they are making changes that may agree with your thinking a little. But this is high level stuff and even I had to take some oaths of "good" so I don't fuck it up via accidentally employing lower energies in the wrong moments. Compassion and understanding is the key in the end. Only those hurt others who don't realize how much they bleed inside while doing so. There is a reason why veteran suicides are so high in the USA.
