To which I got the reply that they are trying to represent all body types, but currently they cannot select based on specific body parts. I was recommended to not use the term "flat chested" because Bing cannot do that, instead terms like "slim" should be used in combination with types of clothes. This was the reply from the AI.

However, this does not help, the best that can be done is attached here. According to the data Dall-e was trained on, women all have huge tits if they wear a sport top. And by "women" means any girl over 11. There is a strong bias in the model data as it seems.
