Went to the cheese factory, they have a wall of windows so you can watch the dairy chuds work, one of them was emptying a tank onto the ground instead of a bucket which was a bit retarded. Spent too much money on the brie but five dollars for a wedge seems okay. (Might check online). All the rest is just random refrigerated stuff, sorry about the out of focus pic. The orange stuff is one kilo of smoked rubicon red, the round thing is like a guyre I guess. The blue thing is fetta, the stacked jars are kimchi and I also got home brand cheese for the pizzas i am yet to make. Got enough butter for a year in the deep freeze now. I put most of the cheese in the freexer, so lets see how that turns out.
