>>1009566 Did you do some warmup squats first? The final mass isn't as important as progressively warming up. eg for 200lbs (90kg) working sets, the progression would be sometthing like: 2x5 45 lbs (Bar) 1x5 80 lbs (10 5 2.5) 1x3 120 lbs (35 2.5) 1x2 160 lbs (45 10 2.5) 5x5 200 lbs (45 25 5 2.5)
