They can't I'm on mong poverty rental or whatever. The rental contract said it has to be 25% or 30% of my income but they just send me a letter every two weeks saying your rent has gone up :^)
My contract is lifetime now unless I violate something badly but my other neighbors were absolute bad home for so long and smashed their own windows and broke shit and they didn't get kicked out for like 9 months.
