I am back from the Foodbank.
The fruit and veg was all free. You are allowed up to 15kg. It is mostly misshapen and out of date. The loaf of bread was free as well. you are allowed one for free.
The best score was the box of out of date digestives for $4.
I could have done better but I got flustered and panicked in there and became paralysed by indecision and just kept doing lots of circuits without putting anything in the trolley. It was a small area and quite crowded.
