Putin said this is documented in Russian archives, that this forefather of Blinken moved to Kiev, where he lived some, then left in 1904. So - asks Putin - does Blinken agree that Ukraine did not exist in 1904? Also were those Russians who did the pogroms in Kiev and the rest of the region which was South-West Russia back then?
