On the train today a teenage boy got on barefoot and wearing pink hello kitty pajama bottoms. He was talking on his phone to someone and telling them about how he had been woken up by the cops knocking on his door but had managed to escape out the back.

On the way home I was sat opposite a guy who had an ankle monitor on. I did not even know we had those in Australia.
