its probably okay. you rest it on a flat surface with the butt tip and the blade on the table. the place on the blade where it touches the table is where you should strike the wood or whatever. that one seems to be set okay. also dont keep that factory grind on it and dont fucking throw your tools at shit or you will chip the leading edge like you clearly did with that one. give it a sharpen and get an uncle mikes baton holder instead of that leather loop.
