This is an Old Hickory hunting knife, which I sliced my thumb open with just now.
Blade is 1095 high carbon steel, so will take on a blood patina or rust if you don't care for it.
Blade is 140mm, overall 260mm.
Old Hickory knife co was founded in 1889, recently demised after acquisition by OKC. Have a bunch of their meat prep knives of a similar design and composition.
