I spend like 4hrs a day doing rostering and pay over a grand a week for scheduling staff. Think about the kinds of people that these low skill sectors attract, most of them had to get a job seeker to find them the cert bridging program. Theyre unreliable, and its all casual so its your problem not theirs. Changing staff or times is how you lose customers.
