First patch on the canoe hull went really well. I prepared the base to be really smooth and taped the fabric down tight and it just werked. Gonna cut off the excess and start the next patch. It'll probably take ten sessions before its ready to paint. Probably will paint it dark grey and brown in a blur pattern. Encouraged.
