You need Codiene for that cough, NEET. The way I interpret the AMA prescription protocol, is that I can prescribe anything off label if it's for a diagnosed "Terminal" condition. Philosophically, life is a long progression to death so morally I can sort you out with a bottle of Morphine for that cough if you help me out by signing up to a couple of little research tests. Nothing fancy, just turn up each week and take a tablet and tell the medical scientist how you feel.
