I also add keens, clive of India, whole spices I add as well are cumin seed,cloves carroway seed, garam masala,cardamon pods, coriander seed, cinnamon stick just to name a few, I then grind them up in a mortar and pestle and dry fry them. (plus about 5 cloves garlic) Once it is cooking I can add Tumeric depending what colour it is, I then add a large can of coconut cream. Then for the next 4 or 5 days my sweat and neet pee smell like curry.
