Saw an absolute derro this morning, outside of dan's around 9:30. Fat, middle age, balding, wearing trackies, had a wine bottle in one hand (no paper bag) and was picking his nose with the other. Had that walking stagger that showed he was either badly drunk or badly brain damaged. Which one of you was it?
