Today I had:
- Aldi turkish bread with 3 fried eggs for brekky
- 2x aldi meusli bars and a milky way for smoko
- White rice and 2 beef kofta/kebab things for lunch

The lunch absolutely nuked me. Was almost falling asleep while scanning items in the aisles at work. Don't know why I'd carb crash that hard though. I'm gonna try eating more potatoes to see if its the rice itself
