Avoid soap it will dry it out and is wrong pH. Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser is ideal for need peckers. Can be used without water if you need to clean up some left over slpooge if you dont want to have a full shower.

If your NEET pecker is crusty you can always exfoliate with plain cheap baking soda. Does wonders neutralising the horrors that might be hiding in a NEET bumcrack too.
