Construction is just better paid while still being paid ok in Poland, the seasonal farming I guess is just what these people or "people" did when wages were horrible and they simply continue on out of habit with what used to work for them, and out of inability to come up with anything else because they are low-skilled low-iq literal workforce, nothing else.
