Actually it's not. If you put all the riders on a speed limited bike, , wearing 3 airbags and doing 5km laps, nobody will watch your sport and there will be no riders.
You don't put F1 drivers in a go-cart and you don't put WRC drivers in a local circuit. The sport is the sport.
