We have some very good cartoons. I recommend Hungarian Folk Tales on youtube, they have full series in English.

It's the other way around we brought it from Asia, Chinese mao =cat + -cska -cske diminutive affix. Then Slavs take it from us. If you ask "official" Hungarian linguists they will say the version you found and posted tho. But nor this neither mine version makes sense because we have the word szöcske (=grasshopper) which according to them is a Hungarian word developed from the verb szökik = 1.escapes, 2.jumps.; on the other hand kecske = goat; taken from Turkish languages or Hungarian inner development from kecs = ??? + -ke diminutive affix...
