Olive oil, canola oil, soybean oil, sesame oil etc. are all great for your health, and I'd argue canola oil is number one because most people are in need of more PUFAs. As for unprocessed animal products (esp. red meat, fatty cuts), they are also linked to increased CVD risk and certain cancers, whereas substituting them with processed plant-based alternatives like tofu has been linked with better health outcomes.
