I do cobbled climbs sometimes but not often because stuff like the koppenberg, paterberg is just not fun to ride. Kwaremont is alright.
Flat cobbles I avoid unless I'm doing some social rides, it is torture on the bike and wheels and unlike WT pros I don't have a car with free 1000 euro wheels following me.
