To be honest, I get a little irritated with my dad because he keeps buying these big sailboats (always new), keeps them for a few years while absolutely blowing thru money maintaining them, and then sells at a huge loss. If he had just bought a lake house or something, our family would have a nice vacation home to share together and keep for the future.
