Don't think so. I watched replays of Pogi on Mur de Huy and he has another gear beyond Seixas currently. I just don't think Seixas has closed power gap to Pogi since Strade. Another year or two.

I can't wait for that first time when Paul goes and Pogi can't follow. Going to be kino of the highest order.
