There's a huge difference of riding at 97% of ftp and riding at 105% of ftp just like there's a huge difference between doing a 4 hour ride at around like 62% of ftp (easy z2) and 71% of ftp (upper z2). You want your 230w to really be 230w and not just show 230w but really be 250w
