>>86992>>86988>>86987Yeah for me personally, I know from previous experience that my W' is about 30-35 kJ, so I can do roughly that amount of work over ftp in one bout. For shorter efforts it's a bit lower, for longer ones it's bang on (20min, 5min etc). And I know my ftp to be around 375-380. This means I'll probably go for about 620-650 for the 2min, pacing as Malawibert says (1min slightly too hard, drop off a bit, then all out to the end), and 480+ for the 5min one, pretty evenly split (very slightly more at beginning).
