tbh getting a road bike and then putting a crank with gravel gearing on there seems like a better idea
gravel bike geometry is designed with gravel tire height in mind especially if that bike can fit 50+ mm and that includes bb drop meaning something like 32mm tires makes it a lot easier to pedal your pedal into the pavement in a corner among other things
