they won't tell you this because then everyone would be doing it, but technically you can self-administer a pre-workout powder intranasally for near immediate workout enhancement which is likely what Bonbi was testing out

this is a common but actually only sometimes erroneous belief about powders you can take either pre or post workout because as i explained they can contain impurities
