Well, the real treatment she needs for those conditions is first and foremost to quite doing porn. That wouldn't solve everything but it would do so much. There's reasons why people on porn seem to almost always be drug addicts. It's not just that druggies might be more likely to get into porn, but that doing something so awful and degrading is going to make you seek out extreme forms of self-escape from your circumstances, from the little hell you've constructed in your mind.
It's just so sad that she is (possibly) doing drugs simply so she can feel the way she once felt naturally...
