Such people are either untrained or are only physically incapable since consciousness exists within mortal life. To those that really can't think, well, genuine pity is by its nature from a top down perspective in realizing that others can't realize for themselves anything. For your own safety and sanity though, don't push it to people that just don't get you after the third time for there ultimately is an existentially bound spiritual hierarchy though that would all be nullified after death into the afterlife.
