I firmly believe the endocrine system, neurotransmitters and other signaling agents of the human body are being manipulated via technology under the control of jews.

The lower birth rates of certain groups is IMHO the result of interference which can only be speculated on, but within reason the kikes could be randomly inserting sterilization agents in every 10th vial of the flu shot or some similar formula to gradually reduce fertility without raising flags.

In Israel they out right sterilized black "jews" via vaccination.

It's possible oxytocin or some similar thing is being lowered in the japs to make them less likely to bond with members of the other sex.

And of course none of this factors in the psychological conditioning and "new norms" that are being created in these different lands.
