I might be able to buy a house. Might. The government has all kinds of schemes to get people into the housing market, and there was a new government elected in Australia that is adding more. Some is federal some is state based so then I have to contact various departments to find out what I can get and what schemes can be used with each other.
I'm too arrogant to live in poorer areas with the poor people which is the reason I have not been able to get a house already.

The house I should be able to get will not be anything special. I want a nice country house with acreage but this will just be a normal newly built suburban 3 bedroom house but in a country town(for now, it's basically a suburb of the state capital already), not sure if I will have to build it or not yet, building is better in many ways but if it's pre build I don't have to wait for it to be built.

Now I will be a part of the growing suburbia ruining my area though...
