Two weeks ago Russia had the election for the State Duma. 450 seats, 300 is 2/3 if that matters.
Turnout 59.58%.
Putin's Party (Medvedev is the leader of the party), the United Russia, won a majority with 59%. They gained 349 seats.
Communist Party lost 20seats, still the second largest party, means little.
Third is the Liberal Democratic Party, Wikipee says they are ultranationalist populist. Not that matters.
New People is fourth. Name reminds me of Homo Sovieticus. They are self-styled liberal, Wikipee says "populist communitarianist" whatever that means, doesn't matter.
The last one is A Just Russia. Perhaps social-democrats.

Politico called the election a sham.
