Now Netanyahu gets to head a caretaker government. Not sure what's next, but it seems he'll stay in power. From minority govt. they can do less, hard to vote in the yearly budget like that for example. On the other hand the opposition could enact laws that counter the Netanyahu govt's efforts if they agree with the Arabs.
