Yeah, this is a big problem in the US too, shitloads of irresponsible adults have kids without having the financial means or family support to do so. This results in both parents working while the kid is in a daycare or the grandparents act as parents. The results of this in the US are spoiled brats, or dysfunctional kids due to corporal punishment, or just total lack of any form of discipline.

Sometimes however it's just straight up shit parenting here in the US, which leads to lazy parents expecting Schools and TV to parent their kids. This leads to kids getting exposed to feminism and nigger music.
