異性との性交渉の経験がない未婚者割合を図I-2-4に示した。性経験がない未婚者割合は、
男女ともに1990年代前半までは減少傾向にあった。しかし、この傾向は男性では1990年代後半、
女性では2000年代初頭から歯止めがかかり、その後、性経験のない未婚者割合は上昇に転じて
いる。今回調査では、30代前半の男性を除き男女ともにすべての年齢層において、性経験がな
いと回答した未婚者の割合が前回よりも上昇した。

Also the virginity rate is actualyl 36.2% for ages 18-34 for women, and 18-34 for men is at 38.7%. So yes, Jap land is full of virgins, and ROUGHLY 40% of their populace are virgins. However they're a very chaset nation because of this since just as the virginity reports suggests, Japs aren't too keen on fucking. Hell I think this same part of the report states that only something like 18% or 20ish% know enough(???) about contraceptives to use them.

So their fertility problem isn't contraceptives at all, it's just their just too focused on other aspects of their life to fuck like the govt. wants them to. Apparently a replacement level of 1.21 is not good, it's supposed to be something like 2.31. Which is bullshit in my opinion since very few countries have a good enough economic status to support such an ambitious replacement rate.
