not much you can change those multiple short-line parts and keeping the sounds similar and I dont like changing the sounds too much because it ends with your brain expecting a sort of sound but your lips having to fight it to produce something completely different in order to accomodate the new lyrics, thats why i usually keep my changes somewhat rhyming to the original. "Headline clips --> Gemmy scripts" for example
