Normally I put some electronic music in the background at a volume just high enough to drown out any noise but not too high so I don't get too focused on the music.
Something like https://youtube.com/watch?v=lVa2oFCqX24 [Embed] for example. Or Dance with the Dead albums. Anyway if you have anything already downloaded you should just pick something from your favorites with little to no lyrics because it makes those the best background track imo.
