It's completely fucked, wasn't able to get into the clinic for months, and now that she has her health insurance no longer covers it because she's 23. And even there they're trying to fix the problem. If they wanted her to get off pain meds and do exercises, couldn't she have been doing that for the months she was waiting? Rather than having to go there and pay, I assume, a shit ton of money, just to be told to do something she can do at home as she waits for real treatment?
