I seared up the chicken liver. I tried both just searing it normally and overcooking it like you said and I think both of them were way better than I had expected, having only tasted beef liver in the past
Im surprised at how much chicken flavour came through and thats definitely edible.
Gonna see how good my bolognese with it is because I put 400g of it in with 2 cans of tomato sauce and 1000g mince
hoping I dont have to eat mud for the next 5 days
