That depends on your definition of a scam. It's basically a losing battle if I tried doing anything about the way the job pay is structured.
I've got paid the hours I was owed though.
We just get paid (a minimum wage of) like around 7.2€ before taxes (~5.2-5.6€ after taxes) and still pay more than rest of eu on steam because of the way the exchange rate is set there for the year or something.
Anyways, it's not that it really matters to me much since I rarely pay for games
